Regional Sales Manager / Northeast US

• Drive growth of Zero Motorcycles brand throughout the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada by managing dealer relationships and sales.
• Work with dealership staff to achieve wholesale and retail sales goals, and ensure successful implementation of sales campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers in designated markets, and conduct sales and product training.
• Plan and conduct sales events, maintain CRM records, and monitor dealer compliance.

This role accelerates the adoption of electric motorcycles, contributing to reduced emissions and a more sustainable transportation future.

• Prior experience in the powersports industry and/or dealership is strongly preferred; must have a thorough understanding of sales processes and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement, good driving record, and valid passport.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 3-4 nights per week) and work varying hours.
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).

Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 base pay plus variable incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) plan.
