Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Work closely with incumbent partners to generate new opportunities and close deals consistently
- Manage and develop reseller partnerships across the region and close direct business with dealers
- Generate partner leads and negotiate new partner agreements
- Develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra's footprint in the Canadian market
- Expand relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet customer objectives
- Learn about customer use cases, market opportunities, and post-process customer learnings for strategy development
- Develop relationships with prospective customers to identify needs and qualify sales opportunities
- Promote Wingtra's product and brand in the target market
- Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development
- Strong aptitude for selling to target customers and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
- Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
- Ability to acquire Transport Canada's Basic Pilot Certification
Preferred qualifications:
- Business command of French
- Expertise in surveying and mapping around mining, engineering, and construction verticals
- Previous experience working with image post-processing software like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, ESRI
