Regional Quality Manager (Midwest)

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System and contract requirements for PV EPC projects in the Midwest region.
• Monitor project quality through regular inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and manufacturer instructions.
• Train and support project teams on quality assurance practices, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions.

This role ensures high-quality construction of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, contributing to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance/control methodologies, electrical construction, and safety.
• Quality management certifications (ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP) highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; OSHA 10/30, Journeyman also desirable.
