Regional Organizing Director

• Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and coach a team of paid canvassers to elect pro-worker candidates for Congress.
• Implement and execute a data-driven outreach plan encompassing voter contact and voter education.
• Utilize rigorous data collection standards within NGP/VAN platform and manage multiple Congressional district field programs.

This role directly supports the election of pro-worker candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives, strengthening worker representation and advancing labor-friendly policies at the national level.

• 2+ cycles experience on statewide or competitive Congressional campaigns with demonstrated field team management.
• Expertise with NGP/VAN (or equivalent) platform and experience managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent data, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Passion for social justice and commitment to pro-labor values; detail-oriented and able to work irregular hours.

Hourly position paying $40–$50 per hour for approximately 40 hours/week. Includes mileage compensation for business use of a personal vehicle and reasonable business expenses. Expected duration through November 30, 2026.
