Regional Organizing Coordinator (Houston/Harris County)

Core responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage regional organizing programs that advance political and movement-building goals, including voter engagement, issue advocacy, and rapid-response actions
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers and volunteer leaders to grow and sustain a strong regional base over time
• Execute field tactics such as phonebanks, textbanks, canvassing, Days of Action, and other mobilization efforts
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with supporters, volunteers, and community members to deepen engagement and leadership development

This role advances reproductive health care access in Texas by building volunteer leadership, expanding community engagement, and supporting political objectives that protect reproductive rights and create a more equitable society.

Required qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in community organizing, field organizing, electoral organizing, or volunteer management
• Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining a volunteer or supporter base, including starting programs with limited infrastructure
• Strong organizing skills including volunteer recruitment, leadership development, and field execution
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with frequent regional travel
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood's mission and advancing reproductive freedom

Salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 annually with 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage effective first day of employment.
