Regional Mentoring Manager - North Region
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational point of contact for your area of responsibility, managing and recording the work of volunteer mentors
- Conduct specialist needs assessments for potential beneficiaries and monitor, support, and review mentoring relationships through regular engagement with volunteers
- Brief, present to, and coordinate the involvement of key stakeholders across your area of responsibility
- Extensive travel throughout the North Region of England with weekly attendance at Catterick
