Regional MEL Officer – REACH Malaria Madagascar

• Lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities for the REACH Malaria project in Madagascar.
• Develop and implement MEL frameworks, data collection tools, and reporting systems.
• Analyze program data to track progress, measure impact, and inform decision-making.

This role directly contributes to reducing malaria morbidity and mortality in Madagascar through evidence-based program management and learning.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in global health or malaria programs.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Ability to work in Madagascar or willingness to relocate.
