Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and drive brand growth strategies for online regular giving, planning and implementing online fundraising strategies to meet acquisition and retention targets
- Implement and optimize always-on digital advertising across key channels including paid search, social, display and video, with agency support and budget management
- Lead digital testing programs including new advertising channels and website donation page tests to increase conversion to regular giving
- Plan and implement lead generation campaigns to meet data acquisition targets and support regular giving telemarketing programs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or related role, ideally within an NGO, charity, or purpose-driven organization
- Proven track record in planning, delivering, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid and owned channels including search, social, display, video, and email
- Strong experience using analytics and attribution models to inform strategy, optimize performance, and report outcomes
- Hands-on experience in email marketing and digital testing programs, including A/B testing
