Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Open the French market for Green Fusion and build business in France from the ground up, from positioning and pipeline to closing first customer references
- Create and execute go-to-market plan including market research, target customers, messaging, and sales process
- Identify and acquire new customers while managing the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Build partnerships in France and develop scalable lead channels

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (B2B), ideally with complex products (SaaS/Tech/Industrial/Energy)
- Startup mindset with ability to thrive in incomplete structures and build processes
- Ideally experience in PropTech/Real Estate/Energy or adjacent industries with strong understanding of stakeholder landscapes
- French native, English C1, German B2/C1 is a plus
