What you will drive

  • Lead and develop a growing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the Asia region.
  • Serve as the senior customer success contact, acting as executive sponsor for customers and driving value and satisfaction.
  • Co-own renewal and expansion targets for the region, working with CSMs and Sales to meet or exceed goals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10-15 years of customer-facing experience (Customer Success, account management, or consulting) with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Firm grounding in defense industries (sales, business development, program/project management).
  • Experience in intelligence collection (space-based or geospatial ISR) and intelligence analysis/dissemination.
  • Direct management experience and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
