Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Manager to lead our Health Systems Strengthening efforts in the Asia-Pacific Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to our country programs, working closely with government officials, partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to our country programs in the Asia-Pacific Region
• Work closely with government officials, partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes
• Develop and implement country-specific strategies to strengthen health systems and improve health outcomes
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to country programs and partners
• Collaborate with other regional teams to leverage resources and expertise
• Represent the organization in regional and international forums

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, international development, health policy)
• At least 10 years of experience in health systems strengthening, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific Region
• Proven track record of success in leading complex programs and teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
