Regional Lead Government Relations

• Cultivate strategic relationships with government officials, community leaders, and regulators to build trust and convey company priorities.
• Work with city governments and transit authorities to demonstrate how Lime's mobility solutions positively impact cities.
• Set and implement a dynamic public policy and advocacy agenda for Switzerland, ensuring alignment between business objectives and policy goals.
• Track and advise on important regulatory or legislative changes affecting the market.

This role directly advances sustainable transportation by shaping policies that enable shared, affordable, and carbon-free mobility options, reducing reliance on cars and lowering emissions in Swiss cities.

• 3+ years experience in government affairs, political campaigns, or business development in a government-related environment.
• Degree in Politics, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with full proficiency in French, German, and English; Italian is an advantage.
• Strategic and creative thinker with ability to evaluate short-term and long-term paths using quantifiable metrics.
