What you will drive
- Provide IT service coordination and assistance as part of a regional team, serving users in Australia, New Zealand, Torres Strait & Asia.
- Deliver end user support, hardware configuration and fulfillment, remote and on-site support.
- Maintain local comms rooms and travel across the region for support and change delivery.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or applicable industry experience.
- Experience in desktop support or infrastructure role with proficiency in Microsoft technologies (365, AD, MIM, InTune) and Windows 10/11.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Australia & New Zealand.
