Regional Human Resources Manager

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for teams in the Gulf region, aligning local HR practices with global people strategy.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management to foster an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Gulf employment laws and manage HR operations including contracts, benefits, and payroll coordination.

This role supports the conservation of wild cats and their ecosystems by ensuring a well-managed, compliant, and inclusive workforce that can effectively execute Panthera's global conservation strategies.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in the Gulf region.
• Fluency in at least one language commonly spoken in Gulf countries or Asia (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin).
• Experience in nonprofit, conservation, or international development preferred.
