Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to directors and regional teams supporting conservation programs, aligning HR initiatives with the organization's mission and long-term conservation goals.
- Manage HR operations across the Americas, including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, and compliance with employment laws in the U.S., Latin America, Canada, and other regional jurisdictions.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll, compensation structures, and talent acquisition to support diverse, mission-driven teams.
- Promote an inclusive workplace culture, handle employee relations, and lead initiatives for well-being, engagement, and retention.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a non-profit, NGO, or mission-driven environment.
- Experience supporting multi-country teams across the Americas and knowledge of employment laws in the U.S. and Latin America.
- Proficient in English and Spanish communication; strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across cultures and remote teams.
