Mission
What you will drive
- Identify sales opportunities for selling full solutions by convincing all stakeholders in the decision chain (investors, engineers/architects, contractors/installers)
- Identify project leads and convert the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell integrating one or several systems
- Participate, negotiate and win tenders based on early specification of products, influencing the decision chain and building internal logistic capabilities for efficient fulfilment
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree as educational qualification
- 18-22 years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Experience in handling B2G sales (Business-to-Government)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Ability to motivate and lead the sales team
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, plus good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build relationships, with influencing and negotiation ability
- Fluent in English, Hindi and local language
