Regional Field Manager, Environmental Services (Job #360) ($111,419 - $122,945)

Core responsibilities:

• Supervise and support project assignment, formal feedback, progress review, and personal and professional support for field staff to ensure successful delivery of RCAC services to communities
• Manage relationships with funders and conduct outreach to philanthropic partners and state and federal agencies
• Coordinate and provide quality control for field activities within the region, balance staff workloads, and apply rules and standards fairly
• Develop and execute action plans and procedural documents to implement major grant programs in the region

This role creates positive change by ensuring successful delivery of RCAC services to rural communities, with a commitment to drinking water access and health equity issues, while managing relationships with funders and agencies to maximize resources for community development.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with qualifying experience (Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field preferred)
• 8-10 years of applicable experience in project and contract management, environmental policy management, water, wastewater, or solid waste facilities development, operations, or planning
• Comprehensive understanding of technical, managerial, and financial operations of small water and wastewater utilities
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements, must pass criminal background investigation

Salary range: $111,419 - $122,945 USD annually
