Core responsibilities:

• Uphold the integrity of Fastmarkets' prices by serving as a role model for the price development process and ensuring adherence to it.
• Build trust and drive usage of prices by championing the IOSCO-compliant approach to price reporting and ensuring team compliance with all processes.
• Lead and conduct market engagement via meetings and events to drive price adoption and share insights with stakeholders.
• Manage the regional team's responsibilities and diary to maintain coverage, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and support staff development and retention.

This role creates positive change by ensuring robust, correction-free pricing and leading content in metals recycling markets, which supports transparent and reliable market data for industry participants.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of three years' experience at a price reporting agency with a strong track record in pricing and market-focused news writing.
• Experience as a people manager with the ability to lead, develop, and support a team while maintaining high editorial and pricing standards.
• Ability to balance managerial responsibilities with market coverage, content creation, and team collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to develop and implement regional and global strategies.
