Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies focused on individual giving, private foundations, and corporate partnerships
- Build, cultivate, and steward a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects across the northeast, focused on current sites in New York City and the National Capital Region
- Lead relationship management for regional donors, ensuring personalized stewardship and impact communication
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to site teams, helping to build fundraising capacity and shift focus toward individual giving

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive fundraising experience, with a strong track record in individual giving and major gifts
- Proven success in building donor relationships and securing philanthropic support from individuals, foundations, and corporations across a regional (multi-state) landscape
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Experience navigating a multi-site or national non-profit structure with the ability to drive growth in a collaborative environment
