Regional Data Manager, Citymapper

Lead a high-performing team of Data Analysts to ensure exceptional data quality for Citymapper's web and mobile products.

• Lead a high-performing team of Data Analysts, setting a high standard for data quality, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Own the data strategy and quality for your region across Citymapper's web and mobile products, ensuring millions of users can rely on us every day
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to support product development, delivery, customer success, and user growth
• Collaborate with engineers to improve tools, automate workflows, and build scalable systems that grow with the business

This role makes complex cities easier to navigate for everyday people by ensuring millions of users worldwide can rely on accurate, reliable transportation data through Citymapper's app, helping people get around their cities more efficiently.

Required skills and experience for the Regional Data Manager role.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with data, Python, and/or common transit data formats (GTFS, TransXChange, SIRI, HAFAS, etc.)
• People leadership experience with ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong project management skills, close attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
• Proven track record of delivering results and moving work forward
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
