Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the South Central region, mobilizing grassroots support and winning siting approvals at the county and township level.
  • Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partner organizations.
  • Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders through check-in calls, training sessions, and advocacy materials.
  • Build relationships with diverse organizations (environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, business) and oversee grant agreements and campaign budgets.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
  • Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics, and willingness to think creatively and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
