Mission
What you will drive
- Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region, working with partner organizations and local leaders to mobilize volunteers and win siting approvals.
- Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners.
- Track campaign milestones, oversee grant agreements, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Build relationships with diverse organizations (environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, business) and support volunteer leaders through training and advocacy materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
- Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics, and willingness to think creatively and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
