Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in Oregon, working with partner organizations and local leaders to mobilize volunteers and win siting approvals for clean energy at the local level.
  • Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners.
  • Track campaign milestones, seize opportunities, and oversee grant agreements with partner organizations ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Build relationships with diverse organizations (environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, business) and manage campaign budgets.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
  • Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local level experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics, and ability to build alliances across the political spectrum.
