Regional Campaign Manager, NY & NJ

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and ordinances in the assigned region, working with partner organizations and local leaders to mobilize volunteers and win siting approvals for clean energy at the local level.
• Develop campaign plans including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners.
• Track campaign milestones, provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders, and oversee grant agreements to ensure deliverables are met.
• Build relationships with diverse organizations (environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, business) and manage campaign budgets.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by mobilizing grassroots support for clean energy projects, helping to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change at the local level.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
• Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience is a strong plus.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with digital campaigning tools and tactics, and willingness to think creatively and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
