Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partner organizations and local leaders to mobilize volunteers and win siting approvals for clean energy projects, primarily at the county and township level.
  • Develop campaign plans, including goals, strategies, and tactical timelines, in collaboration with partners.
  • Track campaign milestones and seize opportunities.
  • Provide support to partner organizations and volunteer leaders.

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, coalition management, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with partner organizations and volunteers.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfort talking to people at all levels of expertise and seniority.
