Regional Campaign Manager, CA/NV

Core responsibilities:

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region (California or Nevada)
• Develop campaign strategies, plans, and tactical timelines in collaboration with partners
• Support partner organizations and cultivate volunteer leadership through training and advocacy materials
• Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and oversee grant agreements with partners

This role creates positive change by mobilizing grassroots support for clean energy projects, helping secure siting approvals at local levels, and accelerating the transition to renewable energy in California and Nevada.

Required qualifications:

• Multi-disciplinary campaigner with skills in strategic planning, organizing, communications, lobbying, and coalition management
• Experience working with diverse organizations including environmental, labor, faith, farming, social justice, and business groups
• Willingness to continually learn and approach challenges with flexible, creative mindset
• Ability to manage campaign budgets and work with consultants
