Regional Agricultural Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agricultural operations in the assigned region
• Work directly with smallholder farmers to implement improved farming techniques
• Develop and refine sales strategies based on on-the-ground experience
• Build strong relationships with farmers and community members

This role creates positive change by empowering smallholder farmers to grow more food and increase their income, helping them grow their way out of poverty using their own resources.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in agricultural management or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural teams
