Regional Agricultural Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead regional agricultural operations and field teams to support smallholder farmers
• Implement and improve sales strategies and agricultural techniques on the ground
• Build strong relationships with farmers and community members to provide tailored support
• Deliver superior fertilizer, seed planting techniques, and field support to help farmers grow more

This role helps smallholder farmers grow their way out of poverty by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to increase agricultural productivity and income.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in agricultural management, field operations, or community development
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to work collaboratively
• Understanding of smallholder farming systems and challenges
• Ability to innovate and develop solutions based on on-the-ground experience
