Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of member accounts through the annual renewal cycle, achieving retention and revenue goals while proactively identifying at-risk members.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for member inquiries, conducting regular check-ins and connecting members with relevant programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support member onboarding, affinity partner programs, and chapter engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a member-, client-, or customer-facing role; recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using CRM or association management systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
