Recycled Materials Association - Manager, Member Retention

• Manage a portfolio of member accounts through the annual renewal cycle, achieving retention and revenue goals while proactively identifying at-risk members.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for member inquiries, conducting regular check-ins and connecting members with relevant programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support member onboarding, affinity partner programs, and chapter engagement.

This role directly supports the retention and engagement of member companies in the recycled materials industry, helping to strengthen the network that promotes environmentally responsible recycling and sustainable economic practices.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a member-, client-, or customer-facing role; recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using CRM or association management systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
