Recruitment Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a nonprofit focused on increasing childhood vaccination rates in India
• Execute full-cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across all functions
• Build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive, values-aligned candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and design effective interview processes
• Track metrics and continuously improve recruitment systems to enhance efficiency and quality of hires

This role creates positive change by helping Suvita hire the right talent to increase childhood vaccination rates in India, directly contributing to improved child health outcomes and disease prevention.
