What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Designing, documenting, and continuously improving recruitment processes and templates across multiple clients
  • Conducting candidate sourcing, outreach, and early-stage evaluation to identify high-potential candidates
  • Managing candidate communications and tracking hiring progress across applicant tracking systems
  • Proactively identifying gaps in recruiting systems and proposing improvements to ensure fair, consistent evaluation
