What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Designing, documenting, and continuously improving recruitment processes and templates across multiple clients
- Conducting candidate sourcing, outreach, and early-stage evaluation to identify high-potential candidates
- Managing candidate communications and tracking hiring progress across applicant tracking systems
- Proactively identifying gaps in recruiting systems and proposing improvements to ensure fair, consistent evaluation
