Recruitment Analyst

As a Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in the hiring process. This role will involve working closely with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, so the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively is essential. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in our London office, which is easily accessible by public transport.
