Recruitment & Alumni Relations Officer

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, study abroad offices, and student organizations across North America
• Lead student recruitment through campus outreach, presentations, events, and virtual engagement
• Manage prospective students through the recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment
• Engage alumni through ongoing outreach and a monthly newsletter to strengthen connection and visibility

This role expands access to a unique environmental program that brings together students from Israel, Palestine, Jordan, and around the world to collaborate on shared environmental challenges, fostering cross-border cooperation and sustainability.

• 3+ years of experience in student recruitment, higher education, alumni relations, or nonprofit outreach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including public speaking and presentations
• Experience managing outreach or recruitment pipelines
• Comfort working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team
