About This Role

As a Recruitment Admin, you will be the backbone of the hiring process for Impact Ops and its clients, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and organized candidate records. 💡 A Day in the Life

You start your day by checking emails and Slack for urgent scheduling requests from recruiters across different time zones. You update the ATS with new candidate statuses, send calendar invites for interviews and work trials, and respond to candidate queries with a warm, professional tone.
