What you will drive
- Own sourcing and coordination across both technical and commercial roles, working directly with the founding recruiter.
- Manage scheduling, candidate experience, and top-of-funnel strategy including sourcing channels, outreach, and pipeline health.
- Build automations and tooling improvements using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Zapier, Ashby) to reduce manual work and increase sourced candidates.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination with a strong bias toward proactive pipeline-generation work and operational precision.
- Actively uses AI tools in workflow and has built automations or systematized parts of sourcing/coordination processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets; strong understanding of technical roles.
- Experienced with LinkedIn and modern platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem; clear written communicator.
