What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the onsite recruiting ambassador, welcoming candidates and creating a professional, warm, and engaging first impression
  • Own the full onsite interview experience, guiding candidates throughout the day and ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and excited about the opportunity
  • Coordinate complex onsite interview schedules across multiple interviewers, calendars, and time zones
  • Manage all interview logistics including room reservations, technology setup, interview materials, and day-of adjustments

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, event coordination, hospitality, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar platforms
