Recruiter- Temporary

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role requirements and organizational needs
• Screen applications, select qualified candidates, and manage interview processes

Required qualifications:

• At least five years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices for hiring
