Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from intake through offer, partnering with hiring managers to understand role needs and guide the interview process
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and external partners, while advising on interview best practices and inclusive hiring
• Partner with and help manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, coordinating search strategy and ensuring alignment with Swiftly's hiring goals
• Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards, support improvements to recruiting tools and processes, and contribute to broader People team initiatives during slower periods

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a growing or evolving organization
• Proven success hiring for diverse positions including sales, marketing, software engineering, and operations
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing outcomes without formal authority
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, clear communication, and comfort working in evolving environments
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Lever) and tools like Notion
