Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to selection and hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to strengthen the company's talent pipeline, elevate employer branding, and align with business objectives.
• Champion process improvement, leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring efficiency, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Facilitate the recruiting process by promoting open positions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and streamlining communication.

• 2+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting for positions within the skilled trades industry highly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and using social media for recruiting, resume databases, and professional networks.
