Core responsibilities:

• Recruit exceptional individuals to join Outcapped's mission of supporting impact-driven organizations
• Clear operational burdens from founding teams at impact-driven organizations to free up 25+ hours per week for mission-critical work
• Build systems and solve bottlenecks that directly enable groundbreaking research and policy work in AI safety
• Provide critical leverage to a portfolio of the most promising AI safety and policy teams

You'll be the reason multiple teams can move faster by taking operations completely off their plate, accelerating progress on civilization-scale problems and enabling breakthrough work in AI safety.
