• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment with business objectives.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and drive employee engagement.
• Lead compensation negotiations and manage vendor relationships.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by attracting top talent to LevelTen Energy, enabling the company to scale its marketplace and facilitate billions in renewable energy transactions.

• 5+ years of broad recruiting experience including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of disciplines and levels globally.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations; expertise in sourcing techniques.
