Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, including technical and non-technical positions
  • Manage an active requisition load of approximately 5–8 roles at a time, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and advise on hiring strategy
  • Build and continuously improve recruiting foundations, processes, and documentation as the first in-house recruiter

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience (mid-level), with a mix of technical and non-technical hiring
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions (5–8) effectively
  • Experience coaching, advising, and partnering directly with hiring managers
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation: $110,000-$140,000/year depending on experience. Additional benefits include payment for work-related travel and equipment expenses, and catered lunch and dinner at the Berkeley office.
