What you will drive
- In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting to scale FAR.AI as the organization's first in-house recruiter.
- Manage an active load of 5-8 concurrent requisitions across technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and advise on hiring strategy.
- Proactively source candidates using diverse channels and techniques, particularly for hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and continuously improve recruiting processes, documentation, and candidate experience foundations.
