What you will drive

  • In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting to scale FAR.AI as the organization's first in-house recruiter.
  • Manage an active load of 5-8 concurrent requisitions across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and advise on hiring strategy.
  • Proactively source candidates using diverse channels and techniques, particularly for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Build and continuously improve recruiting processes, documentation, and candidate experience foundations.
