What you will drive

  • Manage the recruitment process including scheduling, ATS maintenance, and candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Lever) and HR software (NetSuite).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
