What you will drive

- Manage the recruitment process including scheduling, ATS maintenance, and candidate experience.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Lever) and HR software (NetSuite).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
