Recruiter & Administrator

• Network and build visibility for open positions through contacts and outreach.
• Interview candidates and review applications for client searches.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment searches and client projects.

This role helps mission-driven organizations working on critical issues like climate change, environmental justice, health care, and gun violence find the talent they need to achieve their goals.

• At least one year of experience in grassroots organizing, campaigning, policy, or political advocacy.
• Experience recruiting and interviewing for staff roles with strong judgment.
• Strong writing skills and detail-oriented with organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds and committed to equity.

Pay: $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience. No additional benefits. Hours range from 5 to 15 per week. Remote work within Massachusetts.
