Real Estate & Customer Experience, Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs.
• Use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
• Ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio through strong financial reporting and management of competitively bid service agreements.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have a current Real Estate sales license in the State of Oregon and Washington or be able to obtain a license within six months of commencing employment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in budgeting cycles, CAM reconciliation processes, and lease analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders.

Hiring Salary Range: $86,000 - $118,000 with bonus target.
