Mission

What you will drive

  • Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the US.
  • Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
  • Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Conducting due diligence activities and underwriting assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and facility information.
  • Advising on strategic transactions and commercial matters.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized law firm, is required.
  • Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
  • Fluent with technology and remote work.
