Mission
What you will drive
- Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the US.
- Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
- Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions.
- Conducting due diligence activities and underwriting assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and facility information.
- Advising on strategic transactions and commercial matters.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized law firm, is required.
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
- Fluent with technology and remote work.
