What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and manage a deal pipeline across multiple geographies
- Analyze strategic, financial, and technical feasibility of EV charging hub projects
- Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, Development, and Construction teams
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and real estate trends

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years' experience in real estate finance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial analyst tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Acquisitions experience and deep network of brokers and landowners
- Knowledge of real estate finance and transactions
- Electric vehicle charging experience or ability to learn quickly
