Real Estate Acquisition & Title Associate OR Manager

• Identify and secure optimal sites for solar and BESS projects through outreach and relationship-building with landowners.
• Conduct title curative work including reviewing title commitments, identifying and resolving title defects, and coordinating with title companies and attorneys to deliver clean, insurable title.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute real estate transactions including letters of intent, leases, purchase agreements, and title curative.
• Partner cross-functionally with development, permitting, engineering, and finance teams.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by securing sites for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, enabling the decarbonization of the grid and providing clean, reliable energy to communities.

• Demonstrated title curative experience and ability to review title commitments, exception documents, and ALTA surveys.
• 3-4 years of experience negotiating real property transactions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Earth and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Smartsheet or ArcGIS a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
