Mission
What you will drive
- Lead qualification and cultivation of individual donors giving between $1,000 and $25,000, managing a portfolio of 100-125 major donors through strategic moves management.
- Develop personalized engagement plans, create funding proposals, and solicit gifts to retain, upgrade, and steward donor giving.
- Collaborate with internal staff and leadership to identify funding opportunities and promote a culture of philanthropy across the organization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least seven years of successful donor-facing fundraising experience, ideally in large nonprofits or diverse communities.
- Demonstrable experience soliciting and closing gifts of five figures or more.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and inspire donors from diverse backgrounds, with a track record of managing a donor portfolio and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in using data and analytics to inform donor strategies; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
