What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in Performance Management within IFAD's Integrated Talent Management Framework, overseeing design, implementation, and continuous improvement of related programs, processes, and systems
- Ensure performance management is embedded within broader talent management architecture, linking performance outcomes to career development, learning, and mobility opportunities
- Use performance data systematically to inform succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and workforce decisions
- Serve as HR advocate, agent of change, and perform managerial functions including team leadership and resource management
